2018 release. Not Too Far Away is the nineteenth studio album by British singer-songwriter Joan Armatrading. Armatrading signed to BMG in 2018, and this is her first album for the label. In 2007 3 times Grammy nominated British singer songwriter Joan Armatrading became the first female UK artist to have debuted at number 1 in the Billboards Blues charts. She is also the first female UK artist to be nominated for a Grammy in the blues category.
