Spanish acid-wizard Regal teams up with Len Faki himself for some tracks that are as lively and versatile as they are effective and cut for the club. A particularly delicious fruit of their teamwork is "The End", a weighty albeit restrained techno- stepper. A masterclass in panning is "VCO", with multiple layers of well-placed frequencies glimmering vigorously and taking listeners for a beat-less ride to outer space. On "Abroad" the team then drops some deeply resonating squelches of acid, unleashing an electric storm onto the final track's haunting chimes.
