After his 2017 Blank Editions debut Bird, Daf Lloyd left his London studio to write a dream diary, experiment with hypnosis, and make space (rather than time)-oriented music, before temporarily moving to the Russian forest, where he started the construction of the Dream Hotel. Built over the period of a year, Dream Hotel explores the space experienced in dreams, memories, and altered states of consciousness.
